Day 7. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any riding on day 7. Instead, we started the day with taking a bus to Milan for 4 hours. After we put our bags in the hotel, we went to lunch in the city. From there, we went to watch the final stage of the Giro d’Italia. The cyclists had to ride 11 loops around the city, so there were many place from which to watch.
I would have preferred to ride, but the others were much bigger fans than me. Still, it was a great time, and I took some good pictures. After the race was over, I had to disassemble miy bike before dinner. Since it was the final dinner for the group, we spent a long time, and ate too much, but it’s all good.
I miss my wife, and my whole family. It’s time to go home.
