| 1 | teaspoon | powdered mustard | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
| Flake. In a frying pan, cook onion in butter till tender. Add bread cubes, eggs, parsley, mustard, salt, and salmon. Mix well. Let stand 0 minutes. Shape into cakes. Coat with progresso Italian flavored crumbs. Fry in pan with oil - medium heat but not smoking. Cook slowly.Serving Ideas: On bun or by itself with sauce on the side. |
