| 12 | ounces | wide noodles | |
| 2/3 | cup | parmesan cheese | grated |
| 3 | tablespoons | butter | |

| Boil noodles till al dente. Drain and put back under low heat. Add butter, whipping cream, parmesean cheese, and heat till cheese is totally melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. That means when to just add some gradually till it tastes right. Variations: you can add steamed pea pods, asparagus tips, thin carrot strips, mushrooms, etc. If you do this, you will need part of another container of cream though since these will soak up the liquid. |
