| 1/4 | cup | oil |
| Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and oil. Mix well. Pour batter into buttered 9 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 5 minutes. It should not 0sag in the middle and should come clean when tested with toothpick. If you want to make this for the creamed chicken dish, pour into buttered inch ring mold and bake for 5 minutes or till done. Turn onto serving platter and fill with the creamed chicken. |
