Chicken Enchiladas

1 packageCorn tortillas
1 cuplight cream
2 cubeschicken bouillon
1 onionfinely chopped
1 small canchopped green chilis
2 clovesgarliccrushed
18 ouncestomato puree
2 cupscooked chicken
1/2teaspoonsalt
pepper
8 ouncescheddar cheese
hot taco sauce

Heat / inch salad oil in skillet till very hot. Fry tortillas at a time @ 5 seconds on each side. Drain. In saucepan heat cream with bouillon cubes. In tbsp. oil, sautee onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients in filling except cheese. Simmer uncovered 0 min. and add extra taco sauce and salt to taste. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Dip each tortilla in cream. Top each with filling and roll up. Place seam side down in greased baking dish. Pour chili sauce over tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 to 5 minutes, or till cheese is melted and is hot and bubbly.
