| Prepare crust. Sprinkle bacon (or ham or sausage), cheese and onion in pastry lined pie pan. Beat eggs slightly and add rest of ingredients. Pour into pie pan. Bake 5 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or til knife inserted inch from edge comes out clean. Let stand 0 minutes before cutting. Serve in wedges. |
